About the Academy

The Helen O’Grady Children’s Drama Academy has been operating in Auckland since 1992. The North and South were separated into two territories in 1998.In June 2003 the North was further separated into Auckland North and Auckland West. Tracee Carter was the Principal of Auckland North until December 2007. Joy and Gus Thomson, who run the Auckland West area with great enthusiasm and energy, have now bought the Auckland North area.!
